SHIPPING:

There have been nationwide delays in shipping and handling times through USPS and UPS. We ask that you that you check your tracking number frequently for updates. Retail orders are shipped 2-10 days from receipt which is considered our "processing time". Our company is small batch. We are not Amazon.

We absolutely love our customers, and stand behind the quality and commitment to our mission in providing the best little jar of goodness to you. We will not tolerate rude or unprofessional treatment of our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or conduct business with anyone who has displayed hostile or rude behavior at our discretion.  We are not responsible for your packages once they are in USPS/UPS posession.

Wholesale orders are shipped 7-30 days after receipt of order. Wholesale orders will not be shipped until paid for.

HOME GOODS & NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS: 

We do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and if approved, you may receive store credit within 30 days of purchase. If an items is damaged during the shipping process, you may file a claim with the entity that shipped.
